Biography

Dr. Jovana Markovic joined the Adrian Dominican School of Education in 2014. Dr. Markovic earned her Ph.D. in Leadership and Education with the specialization in Human Resource Development from Barry University. The title of her dissertation was "Exploring Transformational Leadership and Organizational Interventions as Predictors of Employee Work-Family Enrichment." Dr. Markovic earned her MA in Human Resource Management from Rollins College and a BA in International Economics from European University. Her academic areas of interest are work-family integration, organizational change and leadership. Dr. Markovic's recent publication focused on organizational trust and trustworthiness factors in the coaching setting. The paper was also presented at the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.
