We are an NCAA Division II school and a member of the Sunshine State Conference with 12 varsity teams, including men's baseball, basketball, golf, soccer and tennis; and women's basketball, golf, rowing, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball. So far, we've won 24 NCAA championships, had 338 All-Americans, 413 Scholar All-Americans, and nine NCAA "Women of the Year" finalists, the most of any Division II school. Not bad at all, but we're going for more.

Biography

Growing up I was always curious about the natural world and understanding why things behave the way they do, and science answered just that. Another reason why I specifically chose Biochemistry is because of the diverse career opportunities that it offers. 

Although I haven’t decided to be career wise, I do know that I want to explore the different ways I can incorporate agriculture into my daily living and community. After my experience with building and learning about aquaponic systems, I was intrigued on what else is out there. As I continue my educational journey, I am excited to explore the different fields science have to offer and reaching my goals.
