We are an NCAA Division II school and a member of the Sunshine State Conference with 12 varsity teams, including men's baseball, basketball, golf, soccer and tennis; and women's basketball, golf, rowing, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball. So far, we've won 24 NCAA championships, had 338 All-Americans, 413 Scholar All-Americans, and nine NCAA "Women of the Year" finalists, the most of any Division II school. Not bad at all, but we're going for more.

Biography

Born and raised in Miami, Jessica Love is a Project Manager for Barry’s Division of Strategic Initiatives and Digital Strategies with over five years of marketing experience in various fields. A first-generation college graduate in her family, Jessica completed her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at FAMU — a historically Black university — and is passionate about combating racism by training non-BIPOC and working toward measurable change for the BIPOC community. Generational wealth, politics, travel, and film are just a few of Jessica’s interests and her goals for the Coalition include demanding justice, as well as helping to improve economic circumstances, for the Black community.
