For Faculty and Staff

  • For more information on available classroom technology, refer to this guide.

  • With respect to coming to a university location after personal or business travel, all travelers, domestic or international, should be vigilant in following recommended precautions to prevent exposure for themselves or others.

For 10 days after international or domestic travel utilizing public transportation, including in-state travel to a county with high or increasing COVID-19 transmission, travelers who are not fully vaccinated for COVID-19 should stay home to the extent possible and avoid contact with people at higher risk for severe illness. This can be shortened to 7 days if a COVID-19 test is negative on day 5 after travel. In alignment with CDC guidance, a quarantine after travel is not needed for vaccinated individuals.

  • If you have a concern about the measures Barry University has taken to promote health and safety, you can contact Human Resources at hrsupport@barry.edu or you can contact Student Health Services at (305) 899-3750 or healthservices@barry.edu.
