Pre-Professional Track Overview Biology (BS) Pre-Dental
The Biology (BS) Pre-Professional specialization allows students the flexibility to apply to graduate programs in the professional field of their choice. The Pre-Dental program, a track within this specialization, specifically prepares students to apply to dental schools following graduation.

Applicable Core Areas
The B.S. degree requires a minimum of 40 required credits and at least one course from each of the following core areas: Growth/Development, Cellular/Molecular Biology, Physiological/Biochemical Principles, Environmental Biology, and Biological Theory. -
Dental School Pathway
Barry graduates have gone on to study at dental schools such as Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and School of Dentistry at University of California, San Francisco. -
